LUNCH

    Pasta “San Giovanni”: a dish of spaghetti, tomato sauce, olives and capers.
    A medium dish of grilled peppers gathered in Monopoli’s country or, as an alternative, raw vegetables.
    A medium bowl of wild strawberries or, alternatively, fresh seasonal fruit: from peaches to watermelon, the territory of Apulia offers a wide variety of fresh and wholesome fruit.
    Mineral water.
    A glass of wine.


DINNER
    A slice of veal, beef, chicken or turkey cooked on the grill. If you want to eat fish, sole, cod, flounder or sea bass.
    Mozzarella, crescenza cheese, “fior di latte”.
    Wheat bread, for example a “rosetta”.
